This was my second time staying at your hotel, and I would like to express my appreciation for the overall experience. I truly enjoy staying here and have been impressed by the quality of your services in the past.
However, during this visit, I encountered an issue with the heating system in my room, which unfortunately impacted my stay. For two days, the heating was not functioning properly. When I raised this concern with the daytime receptionist, I was told to wait as “it takes time to turn on.” Despite my repeated concerns, the problem persisted, and I was left in an uncomfortably cold room.
Thankfully, on the last night of my stay, the night shift receptionist was kind and proactive enough to show me how to operate the heating system properly, resolving the issue immediately. I truly appreciated their support and professionalism.
It was disappointing, however, that the daytime receptionist was not more supportive in addressing this matter earlier, as it caused unnecessary discomfort during my stay.
I hope this feedback helps improve the responsiveness and training of your team to ensure such issues are handled more effectively in the future. I look forward to staying with you again under better circumstances.
