"Great location, directly above Namba walk which has loads of shopping areas and restaurants. Hotel also has its own restaurants on the lobby floor including a Kobe teppanyaki restaurant by reservation that was amazing. Very friendly staff and clean rooms that have individual climate control. The view from our room was amazing, at night especially. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Hotel staff were very helpful and super nice. They helped us with transportation as well as give us information on where we can take the train to get to places. They used google translate when they had a hard time explaining what they meant. The hotel was very clean and organized and staff were always there to help when needed. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was also great for my family to just get a quick bite to eat and was super convenient. They also had souvenir shop with it too. The amenity bar was super and location to nearby train station as well as Universal Studios park was just across the street. Definitely will be staying there again on our next visit."
