"I arrived very late and very tired and the desk staff was incredibly kind, helped me pay my taxi and get settled into my room. The room was charming with a great view of Universal theme park. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel. There were so many food choices and the food was delicious. The room amenities were so good. I loved the restroom and deep tub. The station was nearby so traveling around Osaka was easy, I was also able to easily send my luggage to the next hotel for a very good price. I loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was a fabulous stay. We loved all the amenities and the onsen. We stayed in a quad room (4 twin beds). It was spacious and including a dining area and two toilets. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed soaking in the onsen and having snacks after walking all day. Also easy to use laundry room- just need 100¥ coins to operate. Great stay!"

"Very clean hotel and across the street from a subway station. Only thing I can knock them for is the washer/dryer machines they have on site. They are coin op and the additional drying functions are only by 30 min increments. Did 2.5 hours worth of drying for my small load of clothes but still damp so I gave up. Gave up and threw my clothes in the luggage anyway. "

"No doubt of the location, the size of the hotel basic room is good. The only one thing is some space is designed fail ,because there are no place for puting on the laptops computer/ not enough space for a water kettle, small.item ,etc. They fixed a huge lamp on the table instead of let some space for the customer used. I personaly feel a bit disappointed .Since I known that japanese did very well designed for tiny interiors space ."

"Property is fairly new. Provides free public bath access. Great amenities. A bit of distance from Namba/Dotonbori centre but easily walkable. The hallways are not air conditioned so it could get hot/cold depending on the outside weather."
