"A 4-star hotel (despite rating). Pulls out all the stops to upscale from lovely little entrance with red velvet ropes to well-designed rooms and elegant breakfast room and personal service. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. A real gem."

"beautiful family owned property located along the banks of the Rhein. good location with drawback of being adjacent to the train rails, isn't really a bothersome unless you are sensitive to the noise and rumbling. Ammar at check-in was very friendly and courteous. Gave us an upgrade to a larger room, being we were from Hawaii ;-), had a small issue with the television not picking up a signal, so after we walked around, went grocery shopping (market is literally 2 minutes walk) and having dinner at the hotel restaurant, Ammar came to the room, checked on the television, couldn't get it to work so he gave us another upgrade, a slightly smaller room but with the same great views and this floor was newly renovated. It is great for the price, lots of free parking on property and views are outstanding."

"The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient."

"The hotel was comfortable, the city of Koblenz was a pleasant size, there were many good restaurants within walking distance, the scenery was beautiful, and the hotel staff were very friendly and polite."

"Quick and easy check in outside the reception times. Quiet room. Close to the railway station, but you don't hear anything. Pleasant reception for check out. "

"Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "

"Ich bin begeistert von dem Hotel. Das Haus steht zwar etwas weg vom Schuss, dafür ist es nachts maximal ruhig. Zunächst war ich etwas irritiert vom Stilmix. Da gibt es eine japanische Brücke über einen Koi-Teich als Zugang zum Hotel, daneben stehen Säulen im Hundertwasserstil, möglicherweise sogar Originale. In der Lobby ist ein kleiner Elefant postiert und in Sichtweite steht das Heck eines VW-Käfers. Die liebevoll ausgesuchten Details sind zwar reine Geschmacksache, aber das Wichtigste ist das Personal. Superfreundlich, zuvorkommend schon beim Einchecken. Jeder Mitarbeiter dem man begegnet, hat einen freundlichen Gruß auf den Lippen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Badezimmer picobello sauber. Beim Frühstück ist zwar Selbstbedienung angesagt, das ist heute weitgehend üblich, dafür ist für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes dabei. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann kostenlos die Tiefgarage nutzen, wo gibt es sowas noch? Kostenloses Wlan selbstverständlich."
