"Friendly stuff, beautiful hotel, rooms spacious. For my taste breakfast could be better, Also shampoo bottles are very tiny and hard to get shampoo out. Shopping, sinagoga, Chinese fishing nets within waking distance. "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping needs improvement- only one towel in one of the rooms, mini bar was not cleaned. However, they were quick to respond to requests. In room dining needs improvement as well"

"There’s no doubt this is a beautiful historical old hotel, rooms are comfortable and have lots of original features! Good aircon and comfortable beds. However it does need a little love and attention- could definitely do with a bit of renovation (there were some works going on whilst we were there) nothing major and it didn’t inconvenience us at all) so maybe in a few months improvements will show. "I spent my last night in India at the Malabar House in Fort Kochi and it was quite the treat. I was upgraded to the Garden suite and the room was stunning from the fixtures to the artwork. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was fantastic! The hotel is ideally located just a block or two inland from the harbor and the fishing nets. Gorgeous property. "
