"Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "Amazing property. It close to nature and very quite. Best thing about the property was the staff, very helpful, polite and go above and beyond to provide best service. "

"This was our first time staying in Aquasun and we found it to be a nice clean hotel within a close distance to both the beach and the main shops and restaurants. The morning buffet was varied and tasty and the sea views from the rooftop were impressive. The pool is partly covered which means it would be pleasant to swim in the warmer months but unfortunately just a little too cold for us this time. Altogether a great place for reasonable rates and we will look to return next time on Phu Quoc"
