"Had a wonderful stay here. Nice room with a lot of space and a view of the river and huge cherry blossoms below in the park. Walking distance to great coffee (Swallow), boutiques, 7-11, amazing katsu, and the biggest Olive Young store!! "The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil...
