"I choose this hotel because it was the only hotel close to the BIEC on Hotels.com. Big mistake. This is a local resort, not a hotel. Horrible WiFi, Nothing nearby. They don't even offer a shuttle to the BIEC. Only one restaurant with mediocre food. Tons of mosquitoes. Wedding receptions by the pool playing loud music until late in the evening. On the positive side - the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Stay was a compulsion given I had booked not knowing enough… rooms are bad an stinky…washroom was super unclean, food quality is pathetic and staff is too slow to respond… ask for anything at it never comes up at the restaurant and at reception during check out 2 ladies just didn’t know there job and were snail paced.
