"The staff were extremely slow and never listened. Multiple occasions where I ordered something from room service or in the bar, and then had to chase staff 40 minutes later. It was easier to go to reception and get it myself. I tried organising a taxi for when I checked out the next day - reception staff were incapable. Very disappointing. "

There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views!
