"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."

"Excellent staff and services. Breakfast has lots of choices and very good food covering Asian and western style. Location is very convenient with access to all modes of transportation just nearby. The premise is very clean with excellent housekeeping, plus access to rooftop pool and various excellent restaurants within premise. Overall a truly 5-star gem with very reasonable price to boost. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. Some of the areas felt a little dusty and a little tired versus expectation of such a prestigious hotel. The bed however was extremely comfy and the shower one of the most powerful I've ever experienced. The staff were really courteous and friendly.
