It's a two-star hotel in Hong Kong, so don't expect much more than the basics. It's a collection of rooms in a residential area. But for the price, it's good in the category. Don't expect it to be a five-star hotel. Your expectation may be a bit high. I found the description to be accurate. It has a bed, small fridge, shower, toilet, TV, Air conditioning, tea kettle. There is room under the bed to store your luggage, but you'll need to place it on the bed to open it as the room is small. The bed in smallest room is big enough for one person. Two skinny people may be able to fit, but will be very cramped.
The location is great. One-minute walk to Jordan MTR station to an unmarked exit from a shopping mall that connects to the station exit E. Plenty of restaurants and some grocery stores nearby. Airport express shuttle K1 is a short walk south of the location. Quick MTR ride to Central station.
If doing laundry, you should allocate four hours for washing and drying a full load (4-5 days worth of clothes). The laundry room is not publicly accessible and you'll need to ask the owner to let you use it for a fee (50 HKD)
For the price in crowded Hong Kong, it's a good location.
