"This is better than other APA Hotels around Kabukicho. At least you can avoid most of the crazy areas and still be really close. It is noisy in the area, but good thing the room is insulated for the most part. There is a concrete "park" right in front, and it can hold all kinds of events especially on weekends. "The staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel was well kept and the buffet breakfast is a must! Only 3 stops from Tokyo station. Only 2 things were we left a jumper in one of the rooms or the laundry and were unable to retrieve it, and when they went to clean the rooms they set the temperature to auto which brought it up to 25."

"Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient."

"Very close to the historic Sumo Hall, Ryogoku Station, and a variety of different dining options within walking distance. Hotel had very good staff and cleaning staff, they were polite and did their job. Hotel overall was clean, spacious, and had many services and amenities. I do wish there was a bit more space in the area waiting for elevators on the main floor. It gets crowded when groups come in and block up the area, almost impossible for those getting off or on. There should be signs telling those waiting for elevators to allow those getting off at that floor to leave the elevator first, there were a few times some female foreign tourists would just barge in. They should understand the etiquette is the same as the public transit, help them get accustomed to the local culture, to allow people to get off first before barging in. Not a major deal, but can go along way to help. Overall great place to stay. Suited me perfectly."
