"First time in Krabi. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean . With a lot of amenities. All the staff were very nice and professional. We stayed on a high end room. The room had a king bed , soaking tub and shower , jacuzzi, sun, and tanning area. Room service and laundry service.. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay magical. "The Pakasai resort was beautiful. It was in a great location. Just a short walk to Ao Nang and close to all the shops and restaurants. It had all the amenities that you could ask for and they even had room service. The only complaint was that there were no elevators. There were steps on steps on steps. Which was the case for many of the Hotels in Thailand. If you have orthopedic issues just ask for a room on the ground floor. You will love the resort. "
