"They offered us a welcome cocktail which was very enjoyable. They also packed a breakfast to go on our early excursion. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot & cold items &pool was lovely "

"The location is awesome 4 mins walks from Tonsai Pier and all the food choices you can think of within 5 mins walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful. But the truth is the property is very dated. Not sure if the banyan room is better but I stay in garden room is quite worn out. It has more tropical rustic look to it. Given that you are on an island that has limited resources and highly humid environment in all these years. I can understand it's really hard to upkeep the property in pristine condition. But I really think the bathroom should be remodel. The breakfast is nice addition but after the first morning, the following 2 I went out to get breakfast myself definitely recommend Mango garden and Patcharee in the neighborhood. If I have time, I would go back to the hotel breakfast for fruit and coffee. It definitely serve the purpose, but I just can't eat that everyday just my personal choice. All and all, it is a very convenient location and doesn't need a lot of walking compare to other accomodations on the island but it is a bit rundown with a wonderful view when you walk out your room. "

"High end echo-responsible hotel that grows its own organic food and has amazing meals. We opted to eat in the hotel almost every day it was so good. Well equipped health club and multiple pools with ample activities. Gave 4 stars for comfort because the mosque woke us up nearly every morning at 5am (it wasn't horrible and guests shouls stay closer to building 1 2 or 3 if possible). I felt my mattress was no longer flat and my back was aching. They promptly brought a pillow top to improve my comfort. The beach club accross the street is a seperate operator but they work together so you have easy beach access and it has a great vibe and food options. Dont skip the daily happy hour if you can. Overall, great service and I would recommend highly!"

"Bob to the rooftop pool. The room itself had a weird smell maybe because of the humidity and I did notice some dust on some of the light fixtures, which seemed kind of weird to me because everything else seemed really clean. Super convenient location within walking distance to the beach."

"Before staying there, I looked up the reviews on Google Maps and saw a lot of complaints, so I was a little worried, but the facilities were stylish, and I especially liked the large pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Was it originally a Holiday Inn? The room was exactly the same style as a Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and I had a comfortable stay. In terms of location, it's a little far from Ao Nang Beach, but I prefer it because it's quiet and calm. There's also a market 5-7 minutes walk away, so you won't get bored at night. I would like to use this hotel again next time."

"Exceptional service of all the employees at the reception, very comfortable bed, good location, nice pool. Our room has odor and the cleaning lady took care of it right away. Will definitely stay here again!"
