Even our small foxy fell down while going down and coming up these stairs and refused to use the stairs. No communication made with manager. A recommendation for your manager would be to air the house our before quests arrive. Have windows open. Downstairs in particular was very musky even after four days of...

"Having the lock box at ground level was a pain given the hall lights were not working. Be good if it was at eye level. The property was neat and tidy. Had all we required. Would've liked internet though! Nice being upstairs for breakfast on the balcony. Great having a 4 Square right below us."

"We loved the property but thought we should mention that this property is managed by another company so contacting them wasn’t simple. There was little to no information provided except lock box code. Piha had the most mosquitos on our whole trip so sleeping with windows open to keep the place cool was troublesome. However the property was beautiful as was the location. Getting in and out of the driveway was also interesting especially if you have a larger vehicle. "

"The property is new, well equipped, comfortable, with great views of the basin and big skies. There is good wifi. The area is residential but just 5 mins away there's a great bus service into the city centre (20mins) and to the nearby beach [10mins]. Parking is available but we used public transport to explore Auckland and the coast. "

"Absolutely blown away with cottage. The space makes you feel like you’ve arrived in the woods. Very clean , nice linen, good kitchen equipment and the shower was a dream after our long drive .
