"Our stay here was wonderful. Two adults and 2 children in a traditional room. Beautiful onsen area (male/female) which our girls loved. Staff very helpful even though not much English spoken it didn’t cause a problem. Great location to walk into town. My daughter left her iPad in a cupboard and the hotel kindly sent it onto our next location. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended!"

"I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. "Absolutely loved our story here. If you book here, get the Sora room. It is worth it. It has its own private bath and lots of space. We loved it. "Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. "It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen.
