"The property is a little old and needs abit if a touch up especially the sliding doors BUT this place has character and you will fall in love with it after a night. The staff are very friendly and will cater to your needs 24/7. It’s a small place with 6 villas but that’s what will make you feel at home. "Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days. "

"It’s good for the price. Beds were comfy, pool was nice. There were things left behind from the guest before us. The toilet seat in room 4 needs fixed it’s very wobbly and the seat wouldn’t stay up when using the bathroom. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside as well. "The staff were extremely plesant and the villa is beautiful to look at, however it is impractical to stay during the wet season. There were leaks all over the villa that grounds staff looked atwhen asvised but did not fix. The power and water kept cutting out which we had to fix ourselves using the meter box. "When we checked in at the Sakaye we found the sheets and some pillowcases where dirty, I mean round brown stains on sheets. Tried to take a shower in the bath and there was hair everywhere, dirty water was filling in the bath because the stopper was not working. Did not like the idea of a shower/bath in one. "At the beginning of my arrival they told me that there was no booking until I showed them via email from your site. They then gave me a different villa than the pictures in the booking. I had no other choice because I could not cancel the reservation because of the terms of cancellation and wasting time. Also ask for time so I lost three hours to the subject. Please take the necessary action by you and compensate me financially for what it deems appropriate"
