"Staff have been wonderful. All have been friendly. We are very thankful they let us check in early. I wish the pool would have been heated a little bit. We chose to stay here because of the pool, but it was too cold. We need to use the shuttle to the airport and are a bit nervous that there isn't specific times. That makes it very difficult to plan. "
