"Very friendly welcome & efficient check in! My room was clean/tidy & the air conditioning worked very well & was much appreciated! Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t open until 8pm but I drove to Supermercado in the town where you can buy fresh cooked chicken etc! There was a bit of traffic noise overnight but generally we had a good overnight stop!"

"BEWARE, it does NOT have two “double beds” as posted online. It has ONE double bed in the one bedroom, and one SOFA BED (with two single size mattresses in the living room). "We were lucky enough to have been able to book the corner, river facing room. Great views to historic bridge and the mosque/cathedral accross the river. Breakfast buffet was really good, with additional choices of freshly cooked omelettes etc. One downside was the lack of a bar late in evening, or restaurant, but believe this was due to it being early in the year. One or two very closeby but other option's across river in old town"
