Nightmare Property
This property should not be on vrbo site or advertised hosts were very pleasant on the phone as we were arriving late evening , very hard to find the property no number on the gate description is totally wrong near park and shops it was more like on an industrial site , eventually got into the property and was very very disappointed cleanliness was awful there was no lounge to sit and relax just two bedrooms , the bedding was appalling and was certainly not up to standard then to top it all there were cockroaches we have never got out of a place so fast , we then had no option but to sleep in the car bearing in mind I’m 75 , my husband 77 and my sister 78 plus our cockapoo Sacha in hind site I should have confronted the owners in the morning only we were all so tired we headed off to our next destination of Saumur. I rang Vrbo to complain and advise you of this property but found your representative most unhelpful and unsympathetic he even applied and asked if we would go back and take photos , I would suggest you do a spot check on this property to see for yourself what you are advertising , we had travelled up from Spain and we were desperate for a good nights sleep but no way could you sleep or stay in such a place - you will see from our ages we are pensioners and would be grateful for our money back or some sort of compensation I await for your response if no response I will be putting this property out on Trip Adviser to warn other people not to book or stay.

Grosse déception
Location du 03 au 23 juillet. A notre arrivée, surprise la location se situe derrière une zone industrielle . Durant plus de 15 jours,entre le bruit engendré par la Z.I, les passages de voitures et des membres de son association dans la journée et dans la soirée devant notre appartement ainsi que les bacs poubelles non vidés,Très clairement nous n'avons pas trouvé le calme ,l'intimité et la vue décrites dans l'annonce et pour laquelle nous avons payé. Pour l'intérieur, il y a une mauvaise isolation phonique. L'évier de la cuisine est fissuré et son meuble a une odeur de moisissures. Les seuls points positifs sont là proximité des commerces et la gentillesse d'Éric, mais je crois qu'avec toutes les activités dont il s'occupe, il a un peu oublié le bien être de ses locataires.

Très bon séjour
C’est la seconde fois que nous venons (ce qui prouve déjà que nous avions apprécié notre premier séjour). Lors de notre première visite j’avais juste regretté l’absence de coin salon. Notre hôte a solutionné ce regret... il y a maintenant canapé (confortable) et table de salon... tout le nécessaire pour discuter ou lire confortablement... Question chauffage : chaleur agréable et confortable. Très proche des commerces. Derniers points... l'enchantement du parc... et le lit qui incite à faire de beaux rêves... Conclusion... que du positif ! Je recommande ce lieux aussi bien pour le repos que pour la position géographique... J’achète !!! 😃

Superbe propriété dans un cadre calme...
Très belle propriété qui doit être très agréable l’été (plan d eau avec poissons, tables ombragées, chaises longues....). Le problème : nous n’y avons pas été pour les vacances et lors d’une quinzaine très froide avec neige, verglas... donc logement un peu petit (une petite cuisine, une grande salle de bain et 2 grandes chambres) mais pas de pièce de vie (ce qui, en été, est remplacé par l’extérieur. - Hôte est très gentil et prévenant... - Confort avec un très bon chauffage, un matelas où il fait bon dormir, des couettes bien chaudes, - Un parc agréable où promener les chiennes... - Calme de la campagne à côté de toutes les commodités (super-marché à moins de 5 mn). Je recommande pour les beaux jours !!!
