Housing
Le Cocon Bourguignon is a warm and modern 25 m² studio, completely renovated.
This small house is located on the grounds of our residence but you can access it completely independently and have the entire accommodation, designed to preserve your privacy.
A private parking space in the courtyard is provided to allow you to park your vehicle.
> To sleep and rest, you benefit from a comfortable 140 x 190 cm bed (bed linen provided).
> A living space composed of a bar and a fully equipped kitchen also allows you to spend quality moments sharing with or without a smart TV, as you wish. A Tassimo coffee maker is at your disposal.
> The bathroom decorated with travertine stones and equipped with a spacious shower promises you a moment of absolute relaxation (towels and soap provided).
> The state-of-the-art reversible air conditioning installed in the accommodation will be your best friend, in summer and winter depending on your needs.

Traveler access
Le Cocon Bourguignon is a small outbuilding attached to the grounds of our main residence but which fully respects your privacy.
When you arrive (from 4 p.m.) then for your departure (until 11 a.m.), you are autonomous thanks to a secure key box and a gate remote control which allow you to enter and exit the accommodation at your convenience. as you wish.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- BREAKFAST (10-12€) / BRUNCH (18€): Because we want to offer you a complete experience, we offer you a sweet, savory breakfast or a mix of the two in the form of brunch, at your convenience . We only use high quality products to allow you to savor this gourmet moment. The details and prices of the breakfasts and brunches offered are noted in the welcome booklet that we provide to you in the accommodation and you can also take a look at the photos in the advert. - APERITIF (25€): Always in a spirit of conviviality and sharing, we offer aperitif boards to share, accompanied by a bottle of wine, Crémant de Bourgogne or non-alcoholic drink. - LAUNDRY: A laundry service is available (washing machine + dryer + folding) on request depending on availability. Details and prices are noted in the welcome booklet that we provide to you in the accommodation. To be reserved the day before.
- EVENT: Do you want to organize a special evening (romantic, birthday, themed)? Let us know before your reservation so that we can send you our service proposal. (Ex: for a romantic evening, we take care of installing balloons, petals, a bottle, etc.). Subject to availability.
