Everyone was so kind and made our experience unforgettable!! Very convenient to Salento and Valle de Cocora. "This hotel really made our stay in Salento wonderful. We got a large room upstairs with a king sized bed. The beds were so comfortable and the showers hot with great water pressure. The property doesn’t just have the hotel but also a coffee bar and a restaurant that is open to the public. None of this was an issue when we stayed. "The Hacienda was absolutely gorgeous, The staff was very nice and very accommodating. It was not full the day that we visited, but the bedrooms were very clean, we could not used the sauna because it was not working and the jacuzzi never got heated I guess it got damaged or it did not got heated enough at the time we used it.
