"Was good apart from the parties going on right outside our window in the bbq area. When you have just flown 14 hours not great really. Windows are not noise proof. I would probably avoid Saturday nights if you want a good nights sleep "

"We were there for 4 days. I wasn’t sure about being inside the mall but it worked perfectly as part was closed while we went for breakfast. Food was nothing amazing just what you expect for a buffet although mashed potato was good addition , I recommend that especially as I am Scottish. We had dinner one night there 48 ringgit each and it was lovely. Plenty of choice. Room was the executive and an ok size. Check in and out was simple and fast. I would go back there"

"Attitude of security guards and heavy traffic and jam on the road leading to the hotel r a deterrence for me to stay there again. Low scre for staff is due to security and not counter staff. "

"It has always been my fav hotel whenever Im at JB. Walking distance from CIQ. Love the spacious room. Most important of all, the front desk staffs are outstanding with their patience and listen to our request attentively. "

"Our room was located on the first flore and very very humid. The carpet was smelling a little. The price was good for Singapore and the our kids enjoyed the pools. We also liked having a big grocery Fairprice) onsite to buy our breakfasts there and save on restaurants costs. Free shuttle every hour to get to the closest train station is very convinient. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This hotel is very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes when entered. The floors has lots of hair and the bathroom is very tiny"

"It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion....

"Property was clean and quite worth the price. 4 stars because everything is pretty good and within expectations but not mind-blowing good. Convenient because there are convenience stores across the road which are walkable. Did not drive but there is parking in front of the property and there was a guard to keep watch. Location wise, it's a bit further from the touristy spots so do consider that. Otherwise, am quite satisfied with the stay and do think I will come again."
