Nature and Wildlife:

Our property is just over 2 acres and is surrounded by natural grasses, wildflowers, various plants, and trees. Please note that the grass and trees are left untrimmed except for safety and access in an effort to preserve as much of the natural environment and wilderness habitat as possible. Although we do our best to keep them out of the cabin, encountering various insects, rodents, and critters is a natural and inevitable part of mountain living and your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

Connectivity and Comfort:

Our cabin offers high speed internet (170-200 Mbps) with unlimited data making it perfect for working remotely. Take video calls, stream videos, browse social media and play online games with ease.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed except for licensed service animals trained to perform specific tasks directly related to a person's disability. We reserve the right to inquire about whether an animal is a service animal required because of a disability and what work or task the animal is trained to perform. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Violating the no pet policy will incur a penalty fee in addition to a fee to cover the cost of a whole house deep clean and you will be required to vacate the property and forfeit all monies paid.

Community and Safety:

Pass Creek Cabin is situated within a private HOA-controlled community and requires respect for neighbors and HOA rules. Water conservation is encouraged. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. We have three external security cameras which are monitored for safety and compliance.

Winter Advisory:

In winter, it is highly recommended that you travel with a 4wd vehicle as well as a shovel in the event you get stuck. While the main roads are plowed, sometimes plowing is slow and we are not responsible if you get stuck. It is not guaranteed that a crew will be available to assist. Please monitor the weather forecast closely so you may be properly prepared.

Rural Living Considerations:

Expect rural living with abundant wildlife, seasonal bugs, and a slower pace for services.
