"Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Toller Pool. Lage ist super. Für Kleinkinder ggf. nicht ideal aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Gastgeber stellte auch einen Hochstuhl. Sauberkeit war gut. Küchenausstattung war super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war spitze. Lediglich die Aufteilung der Badezimmer ist etwas ungünstig aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran (zumindest wenn man mit mehreren Leuten reist). Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, aber etwas mehr Ablagefläche oder Hängeoptionen wären...

"This is a wonderful property with so many great amenities. We were in town for a wedding so it was a quick trip and we were away most of the evening. Would have loved to have more time to stay. The apartment was exceptional! Having the extra 1/2 bath made all the difference with 3 adults traveling together. We will definitely be back when in the area next."

"Posizione centrale perfetta, parcheggio a pagamento ma vicinissimo, stabile un po’ vecchio ma appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo con lettino è alzata per le sedie per i bimbi piccoli. Consigliatissimo!"

"Unser Ziel war, so viele Wanderungen zu machen wie möglich, die Täler, Berge und den Stelvio Nationalpark zu erkunden. Dazu haben wir diese freundliche und sehr große Wohnung gefunden, an einem ruhigen Ort, mit ferundlichen Menschen. Es war interessant, einen kleinen Einblick in ihre Lebensform, in die Agrikultur zu bekommen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, viel Schönes gesehen, kein so großes Gedränge wie in Südtirol. :) Gerne wieder :)"

"Het inchecken was even spannend aangezien de doorgegeven code niet bleek te werken. Uiteindelijk via de conciërge binnen geraakt en zijn code gebruikt. Het appartement is groot, net en van alles voorzien. Schitterend zicht vanaf het grote terras. Indien slecht weer kan het ontbreken van een zetel een gemis zijn. Voor een actieve wandelvakantie ideaal gelegen. In het dorp is een kruidenier, de rest van de inkopen kan je doen op een kwartier rijden. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal VAYA, the hotel was lovely. However, at the dinner services we were shocked that we were charged €4.50 for every 750 ml bottle of tap water! To add insult to injury the dining room had a cold water tap that was switched off for the evening service forcing the overpriced tap water to be the only option for guests. Completely unacceptable particularly when already being charged a lot of money for half board. "

Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

Amazing place!

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

Great, but needs some improvement

"Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted with air conditioning as it was far too hot throughout the whole hotel, in the gym and in our room. We had the electric fan going all night and the window open but that still did not allow for a fully rested sleep as it was so hot."

Disappointing

"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. The computer screen at the reception is covered in thick layer of dust. When we checked in the room, there were no towels or soap to wash hands. When you take stairs to go down to reception level, you end up with emergency exit door with no indication that it will not sound an alarm when you open it. Simple sign «reception » would have been helpful. The bar is officially open until 10pm, when we arrived at 9:30pm, the person serving seemed irritated that we showed up, saying that he is closing down, served us 2 desserts and directed us to an isolated « living room area », he then closed everything down at 9:40pm. Breakfast has very little savory options, a lot of cakes, with artificial taste and too sweet. Coffee was not good. Juice colors were unnatural. We didn’t come back the following days, there are better options in the area. Fitness room is a box, overcrowded with cardio machines, no place to move in between. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Room was comfortable and well decorated, but service and overall experience were low quality. "
