"Lovely gite in a beautiful setting. Had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Barry and Theresa are lovely hosts always on hand if needed. Being walkers themselves they were very helpful when it came to planning hikes in the area. Plenty of places to relax around the pool with views of the garden and countryside. "The place we stayed in was absolutely spot-on. Everything that it said on the VERBO web site was correct. Everything in the gite function correctly.The place was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, Quiet in the French country side in amongst orchards and vineyards. "We had a two week stay that we enjoyed immensely. We were seventeen in all, ten adults and children aged 7 years to three months. The hosts, Tot and Bruce were charming. Great overnighter

"Good clean reasonably priced fairly new modern hotel with it’s own large secure car park. Comfy bed, good size shower/bathroom, tv & kettle, which is great. Some great artwork (by S.Binet) along the carpeted stairs/corridors, very nice touch. Breakfast was approx euro 11/Pers, which is a fair price, with plenty to choose from, they even supplied gluten free products for my coeliac wife, thank you!"

Great hosts and meal but the rest is average

"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen. Not very relaxing to sit there when all the other guests are parking the cars and saying hello as they walk past. We were also a bit unlucky with the Stink bugs during the period we were there. They were everywhere, even in the bed and around the room. The room needs some fly screens to keep them outside. The room smelt a mix of damp and too much air freshner, the barhroom was in the corridor and has a tiny shower. All in all a bit disappointing but im still giving an ok score because the original price was reasonable. Just keep in mind that adding dinner and an hour of hot tub will tripple the initial bill of a standard room."

"Wonderful location with splendid views over river from large room. We extended to 8 nights so obviously good but tiny tiny wardrobe so clothes around room. However , we saw other rooms had much larger later so should have asked to change. Excellent overall"
