"I was ungraded to a suite. Amazing. Spacious and clean in the heart of Bangkok. There is a complementary Fitness First gym on the 4th floor via a separate lift. The only thing that bothers me is they didn’t give us new toiletries and toilet paper, after they came to clean our room. We ran out of soap/shampoo/toilet paper after 2 days. We had to call the front desk one night to get new toiletries and toilet paper."
