Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"

"This place is a little oasis on lake como. My husband and I booked this place on a whim because our other bed and breakfast was booked for the weekend. Costa our host was incredible. He was so welcoming and kind, and upgraded my husband, dog and I to the larger suite with a kitchen and two balconies. Costa was an incredible host. There is kayaking available on site, full bar and delicious breakfast in the morning from 8-10. This place is a must to stay. You are literally on lake como with beach...
