"Very clean hotel, very simple & modern. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up! This was a disappointment, especially given how much we paid to stay there. Nice location, nice hotel, wonderful...

"The location was great. What I didn't realize was I could not park at the hotel. You have to park outside the Sirmione castle area and catch a ride to the hotel. That was a process. It added about 30 minutes to my trip. Luckily, everyone spoke English and was very helpful or else we may have missed our check in time."

"My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus.
