Welcome to this new construction brought to you by Lake Geneva Luxury Rentals. This is a brand new home within 1/2 mile walk to the center of downtown Lake Geneva and beautiful Geneva Lake. The house can sleep 8, but when rented with its sister property, the White house, can accommodate groups up to 20. The house is tastefully decorated and features modern amenities throughout. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and closet. The upper level features two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom. There is additional sleeping space in the unfinished basement featuring a queen size bed. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas range/oven, microwave and coffee bar with coffee maker/espresso machine, and plenty of seating for all. You will enjoy the back covered porch which features outdoor furniture and a grill. The home is equipped with a laundry room as well.

Perfect vacation!
Thank you RJ for making our family trip a perfect getaway! From the start, the host was extremely communicative and responsive to all of my messages. The home is stunningly clean and loved the decor and that its a brand new home. The home had absolutely everything you would need and wouldnt change a thing! I've stayed in LG before and was much further from the downtown area. This home is just a quick 10 min walk to the heart of lake geneva and all the activities. Also just a few minutes to grocery stores so we appreciated the convenience. Finally, i was so happy to find a home that accommodated my little pup. The next time we visit lake geneva, we will definitely book here again. Thank you RJ!
