Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, except for the garage. Vehicle, boat or RV parking is on driveway only. There are 2 driveways at this property.
* There is a covered airstream parked on one side of the house under a covered patio.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am.
This home is located in a quiet residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras located outside of the property, the front entrance, driveway, and back yard surveillance for the pool and pool equipment. There are no cameras inside of the home.
The purpose of these cameras is to prevent parties and misuse of the pool or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $500 fine.
NO SMOKING AND VAPING
This is a non smoking home and a violation will result in a $200 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside with the homes’ windows and doors closed but ask that you please dispose of your own cigarette butts.
USE OF POOL AND SPA
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
Please Do not touch the propane tank or pool/spa equipment. A violation will result in a minimum $500 fine for the pool company to re-set or repair the equipment.
*Pool is not heated and is Seasonal. Open during your stay but is not heated
*Spa is heated and included in your stay.
DEPOSITS AND STAYS
A deposit of $250 - $500 may be required for bookings during holidays, spring break and summer months.
Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement.
For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate.
PET FRIENDLY
A pet must be authorized to be on the property. The fee is $25/per pet, per stay plus $250 refundable deposit. Maximum pets allowed is 2.
A violation for a non-authorized pet is a $200 fine per pet. Please include your pet on your reservation to avoid this fee.

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full. If the tank is empty or running low please let me know.
