"The Moorings is in a great location where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable but smallish for four people. It was really nice to have private parking and the staff were very helpful and cheerful to deal with. I would recommend this place if you want to spend several days in Wanaka! "

"A nice room for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, room was large, and overall clean. The hot tub was a nice touch - make sure you call to reserve the tub. The “porch” is simply some chairs on the walkway in front of the room by where the cars park - not a private area. Easy walk to the lake and beautiful walking path around the lake. Lots of shopping and food options nearby."

"Greeted by a bubbly, friendly host who shared her excellent knowledge of things to do. After a quick chat we had the afternoon, next day and food sorted. Good size room with 2 separate areas - bedroom/living area and kitchen and bathroom. For us, pillows too flat, prefer fresh milk and separate hair conditioner. Overall a very good stay. "

"Very nice studio unit. Large enough and quite a bit of storage space, especially for hanging up clothes. The kitchen was better stocked than most, and was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable, and there were several pillows. A drawer under the bathroom sink provided extra storage. The grounds were well manicured and quite lovely.
