"The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. When checking out they asked what I was doing for the rest of my trip - after mentioning where i was going, they provided me maps and advice to stay safe on my travels and to get the most out of my road trip. Would highly recommend this for your next stay in Lake Louise! "

"Really huge suite in the larger lodge and decorated so nicely to really embody that cozy, mountain lodge feel. Views were incredible and it was set so far from the bustle of Banff, but close enough to access necessities, especially since the little storefront on-site had a number of decent essentials. Really great place, especially for the money. Customer service and front office staff went the extra mile and were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will return again"

"Amazing stay! Very cute cabin and staff were so friendly and helpful with everything I needed. The hike/access to the canyon and falls was an incredible bonus and so beautiful. Definitely recommend "
