"The receptionists especially a lady called Nora are extremely accommodating and looking after the clients. Also the cleaners are friendly! My room Superior was very large airy and super comfortable. Trains from every direction and airports are 5 min from the hotel . Also the amenities supermarkets shops boutique and the Lake are reachable by 7 minutes walk "

"I stayed here for 2 nights in 4 days, same room both times so cannot comment on different room types. From the moment you walk through the entrance the welcome is very warm. Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. The hotel has the feel of a grand country house with generously sized rooms, a separate closet/ room for clothing etc and a good-sized bathroom. "This is a good hotel. The pool is closed and looks to have been closed for years. The beds clean and comfortable. A smart tv ao we srreemed some shows. Its a 15 min drive to most everything. There is no air conditioner. "

"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"This is a very nice apartment in a quiet building. Irma was a lovely and generous host. It was not clear from the listing that this was a shared apartment with the host, however I quickly felt at home and enjoyed my stay. Good for a couple or single traveller."

"The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city.
