"Excellent communication. Nice rooms. However, person staying next door to us had a dog that would randomly bark and after a bit it would finely settle. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned. For just a place to lay our head it did the trick. We would've loved to take advantage of the sitting area outside, but the weather was not going to allow that. We would stay again and hopefully our next stay will be better."

"My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!"

"My husband and I came here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. We had the absolute best time!! The cabin was lovely and the land was fun to explore and the farm animals were so fun to watch and pet. We went golfing and to the Colorado bend state park, as well as staying at the cabin and enjoying the patio. Lovely place! Beth and Tom are some of the nicest people too.
