"Property is as advertised. We have stayed in the Point Royale for years so this was a known location for us to visit. The condo was clean, had your basics if needed and outside on the balcony had very calming sounds of a fountain nearby which was nice. The condo location falls right by the clubhouse that has a great breakfast if you wanted to get breakfast and bring it back to eat in the comfort of your place. Overall very nice and would stay here again."

"Was perfect for a small family reunion. Two older adult couples so we each had our own king size rooms. Property was as listed with the exception of what we consider 'Walk In', you do have to walk down to the end of parking area away from Handicap parking and walk down a small ramp to enter condo OR you have the option to walk down a set of stairs (unit is on the lower level from the parking lot). The kitchen is well-equipped. The only thing we could see that needs to be changed is the cookware. It is well-worn. But other than this, we highly recommend staying here. "The condo location and amenities were great. The cleanliness was horrible. The floors were so dirty our socks were BLACK after walking around a couple hours. If we walked around barefoot our feet were just as bad. The floors need a deep cleaning/ scrubbing! We would wipe off our feet with a wash cloth and it would become filthy.
