Location Description
The 50 sqm, sunny apartment has been completely renovated and renovated, is very comfortable, cozy and modern.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds) and each has a TV, cozy living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, the bathroom with window, large shower, towel radiator and toilet.
The apartment offers a few extras, such as a heated hall wardrobe, shoe dryer and ski storage wall.

Furnishing
The terrace is approx. 30 square meters and faces south with a view of the spa gardens, mountains and bell tower (symbol of Sankt Andreasberg).
Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers as well as an electric grill are available. A parking space is located directly at the house. A baby travel cot and high chair are also available.

The apartment is located in the spa gardens of Sankt Andreasberg in a quiet area. The hiking trails and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity. Here you can enjoy your vacation in peace. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. In the city center you need 10 - 12 minutes.

Wanderurlaub in Sankt Andreasberg
Dank der ruhigen Lage hatten wir Erholsame Tage.Die von uns ausgesuchten Wanderwege waren leicht erreichbar und wunderschön, auf Grund der tollen Lage konnten wir viele schöne Orte mit dem Auto bei einer Fahrzeit von einer Stunde erreichen zb Thale oder Wernigerode . Im Ort selbst gibt es viele gute Restaurants und sonst viel zu sehen . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super FeWo!
Super saubere, gut ausgestattete FeWo! Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Auch schön, dass wir uns spontan noch Schlitten bei der Vermieterin ausleihen konnten für den Rodelberg. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Äußere des Hauses gab wirklich nicht viel her, was wir uns aber aufgrund der Vorbewertungen ja schon gedacht haben. Die FeWo selbst war super sauber, insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und sehr hübsch. Hast alles was man braucht. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Es ist für Wanderungen in der Umgebung hervorragend geeignet. Wie schon ein anderer Bewerter sagte, ist das Haus in dem die Wohnung ist ziemlich unansehnlich. Klasse Bäcker und Italiener im Ort.

Eine rundum wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die ihresgleichen sucht. Hier gibt es keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr komfortablen Betten, die besonders zur Erholung beitragen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist total gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit dekorativen Elementen. Bequemes Mobiliar und bei schönem Wetter eine riesige umlaufende Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kurpark. Der Außenbereich des Wohnkomplexes müsste allerdings mal renoviert werden. Der erste Eindruck lässt nicht vermuten, was für eine hübsche Wohnung sich darin verbirgt. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und ist gut gepflegt. Durch die Lage kann man den Harz gut entdecken, da alles sehr nah ist. Der Check-In war sehr freundlich und schnell. Ich würde wieder buchen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. 2 Schlafzimmer und viel Staumöglichkeiten waren Top, gerade bei diesem Wetterwechsel. Die Wohnung ist auch von der Lage her sehr gut. ca.15-20 Minuten zu Fuß waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichbar. Frau Diedrich ist immer sehr freundlich und übergibt Tip Top die Wohnung. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier. Dafür sind wir dankbar und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus sieht von außen nicht so einladend aus, aber die Wohnung ist TOP. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem... Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub!
