"Super friendly staff, the girl on reception gave great advice. Had a bit of a mix up when booking and they very promptly got in contact and upgraded me to a bell tent which was so cool. Everywhere is really clean and amazing view. Would defo recommend."

"Staff were great and location could be considered good for some as it is located at the base of some of the Helvellyn ascent routes, however, it is also a 25 minute walk from Glenridding, so consequently there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. Staff were great as said, and there is a communal kitchen and drying room, though the WiFi was virtually not working at all, and any little spark of life had to be taken from a very specific part of the ground floor building. Honestly, for the price...

"Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff were very welcoming.Room was fine just a little warm so just left the widow open a little. Toilets & showers were clean. Kitchen was great. Breakfast was okay wouldve been better if the bacon / hash browns were warmer. Good for a hungry person as they give you more if you ask. Had very noisy neighbours but thats not the staffs fault just very thoughtless people that obviously thought they had the whole building to themselves."

"The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. We loved the decor and the apartment was so clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Onsite parking was a big bonus. It was a short walk to Bowness pier with plenty of shops and places to eat on the way. Excellent communication with the host. We would certainly recommend a stay here. We will certainly be returning.
