SECURITY CAMERAS
Our property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There is a Ring camera located at the main entrance of the home, front of garage, both sides of the home, side gate entrance, and back yard. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

In order to maintain a safe environment for all our guests, our community requires a basic background check. This assures you and your neighbors will always have a safe stay.

Loved our stay!!
The house is extremely clean and newly remodeled with tasteful furnishings and amenities. It was just the right size for our two small families and pet friendly with an enclosed backyard. We also enjoyed the mountains in the background and pretty dessert scenery. There is a quite walking path nearby and lots of stores and the strip a short easy drive away. Miko was very good communicator and helpful!!

Nice house.
Great location to bike or hike the SW Ridge and Bears best trail network. Quite neighborhood. Lots of space to get comfortable. Nice kitchen and especially liked the added features to help you settle in.
