I booked a stay with this property for October 5th through October 7th. I planned to stay there for those 2 days and 3 nights until my stay took a horrible turn of events. On October 6th, I was going to the bathroom and saw a bug. It was a roach! I then trapped the bug under an empty waste basket and packed up my things. I went to the office and spoke to the front desk. I showed them the picture and told them about the situation. They said they would move me to another room and have maintenance investigate the room. I changed rooms and went about my day. About halfway thro8gh the day I realized that if that room had a roach problem then all of them most likely did as well. I already couldn't sleep very well the previous night due to the overall cleanliness off the room so I decided to cancel my stay and move to a different company's property so I checked out and left. I then called the property to ask what could be done about this issue and I was told that there was no evidence of an infestation. Like what? I literally took a picture and trapped the pest to show proof of what I experienced. How can an establishment get away with this. A roach motel can continue to operate just by saying there wasn't a bug when there is physical proof of it? That is very wrong. I would like to speak with someone in charge of these properties and be properly compensated for the horrible experience and lack of compensation due to the issue.
