"This hotel was great for everything we found . Travelled with husband and son and stayed in triple room which was very comfortable, spacious and warm, especially as when we were there it was February and very cold outside. Tea and coffee in room was also a bonus. Staff were very helpful and restaurant staff friendly. Loved happy hour! Perfectly situated for walking around Krakow only 12 minutes walk from Krakow old town and 6 minutes from the Jewish district . Would highly recommend if visiting Krakow for the first time and wanting to see and absorb the history of the area - the Melex cars are a good way to do this without getting lost and tired with all the walking- these are the electric golf cart buggies that you can hire with commentary , we had a great driver who stopped and waited for us to look around and take pictures and answered all of our questions. The restaurants all look very good in fact we wandered for ages trying to make our minds up , as did others we met doing the same thing - in truth we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere - all reasonable prices compared to England and excellent service all round. A must is to try the street food in the Jewish quarter- absolutely delicious and spoilt for choice. All in all we had a very emotional and humbling visit to this beautiful place and are coming again just before Christmas to enjoy the beautiful square and Christmas market. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles and would recommend. Room was quiet, clean and staff were polite and friendly. We used the tram outside the hotel to get around, super easy and cheap. We had dinner on our last night due to flight times and food was good and restaurant/bar has a chilled out vibe. "

"Brilliant stay with everyone who worked there being professional, courteous, friendly and really helpful. The breakfasts were cooked to order alongside a plentiful continental offering. Loved the little touches like a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and complimentary minibar. Position of the hotel is perfectly positioned between the Old town and Jewish Quarter so getting about isn’t a problem. We treated ourselves to airport transfers and arranged with them to be picked up at the airport in a Rolls Royce. Great experience and highly recommended. Will look forward to staying at the Loft again on our next visit to Krakow"

"Had a great stay here, within walking distance of the old town. Beautiful location with a lovely view over the river. Breakfast is nice, alot of options to choose from. Room small but clean, if you ask for an extra pillow they will bring you some up. Pool sauna and steam area, really clean well maintained and we had a lovely relaxing time up there. Was offered a robe and slippers too. Would definitely go back. "
