"Our stay at the Villa Clementina was spectacular. This villa is owned by the sweetest family (Barbara and Remo). When staying here we felt as though we were apart of the family. The staff is wonderful (especially Orietta, Anisa, Roberta, and Colin). Mery and Gheeta did a fabulous job at keeping our rooms tidy and were very friendly. Everyone was attentive, warm, and open. "This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay.
