Old independent renovated barn, located in a hamlet. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, utility room (washing machine, dryer, freezer), WC, 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed, WC, shower room) (2 90 cm beds). Floor: mezzanine (relaxation area), shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms with 1 140 bed in each. Wireless. Landscaped garden of 2000 m² with enclosed area of 240 m² (terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, garden shed, private above-ground swimming pool (diam. 5.5m) open from 01/06 to 30/09). Indian Forest leisure park in Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits 7 km away. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €50/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
Extra :
Oil heating package: €10/day (to be paid to the owner).

Déconnectant !

Les lieux sont encore plus beaux en vrai que sur les photos. Le gîte est d'un volume impressionnant, super bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont été adorables concédant une arrivée un peu plus tardive en cette journée exceptionnelle de Noël. Un séjour en famille où chacun parvient à trouver des espaces pour se poser ou au contraire être ensemble. Après 6 années sans vacances cette semaine nous a apporté tout ce que nous attendions : du calme, du confort, de l'espace... A recommander !!!
