"The host is just so helpful and cheerful, the room is super clean and the attention of detail from the host makes the stay so much enjoyable. Unfortunely for me, my room was the one on the main road and I am a light sleeper, so sleep was not the best experience so agreed with host to reserve a room at the back of the Mas for my next stay. "This hotel is in a beautiful location with extensive grounds and several golf courses. The chateau is a lovely centre piece overlooking the lake. We stayed in Relais des Vigiers which is separate accommodation in the grounds. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom had a great shower. There was also an outside seating area. It was ver gomfortable. We also ate in the Bistro and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"The building and the grounds were beautiful. The decor was for us very old fashioned. A matter of opinion I’m sure and probably very French but the old pictures and stuffed animals were slightly too much. Having said that the restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast. We arrived very late and a very kind gentleman, stayed on to check us in. I’m sure in the summer months when the sun is shining and the pool is open it would be even more beautiful."

"It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented. Some staff lacked grooming."
