"Overall our stay was very enjoyable the chalet was very well equipped and spacious and the hot tub and pool table were a great addition . However, it would have been helpful to have some information relating to use of some of the appliances. We arrived early evening and were not given any introduction as the owner had left. After an 8 hour drive it would have been nice to have had some basic supplies as is normal for this type of property however, we had to go straight out again to find a shop....

"Great location, over the road from the train station, 5 minute walk to the lake, tram stop right outside of the hotel to go elsewhere and shops within walking distance. hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, the guy at reception was great, friendly and helpful. "The best thing about this hotel is the food, which is absolutely first class. Take the breakfast option, it’s the best value breakfast in the hotel world for quality, I believe. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms have been refurbished and the shower in the room I had is wonderful…so many hotel showers are lacking in pressure or showing their age, not this one! Despite being opposite the airport, there’s no external noise audible from the rooms. Will stay again."

"We stayed for a week and found the location to be really convenient as we didn’t have a car and were walking or using trains and buses. Hotel is really close to a nice CooP in the underground shopping mall which was handy for snacks etc. Didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel as it was quite expensive. Our welcome was good and no issues with our room which was very quiet on the 5th floor. One thing to note if travelling from another country is to check your travel adapter works in Switzerland. It isn’t the same as other European cities. "
