The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The area itself is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. However, parking was a bit challenging, especially during busier hours, and the lack of air conditioning upstairs made the bedroom quite warm at night. "

Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. "This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. "Lovely clean appartment. But parking was too tight. The kitchen was great but could be kitted out better with mixing bowls, chopping boards, scissors and paper towels. Loved the use of spa but temperature kept dropping. Couple extra towels for spa use would've been good. Overall a happy stay."

The location was great, the place is spacious, comfortable and Rose set it up so that we could have the 2 singles as a king in the bigger bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return next time we’re in Christchurch. "

"Mariners Lookout was everything it promised. We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this well appointed, comfortable, clean property located in a beautiful area. There was nothing missing and our communication with Chris and Nikki was very friendly and accommodating. The coastal walk to Lyttleton is beautiful.
