The kitchen is well equipped with some welcome basic supplies. Richmond is well located for access to much of Christchurch. The house is five minutes walk from a supermarket and food outlets. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The area itself is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. However, parking was a bit challenging, especially during busier hours, and the lack of air conditioning upstairs made the bedroom quite warm at night. "

"Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. It’s a lovely place to stay and a clearly loved home."

"This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. "This property was very comfortable and while on a busy road, well insulated from noise.Stayz sent our host an out of date code, such that we were locked out of the property, so we lost some hours trying to access internet and contact the host.Location is too far from the city for walking access, but close to Westfield Shopping centre."
