My only complaint was that the room sound proofing wasn't as good and I could hear the conversations of the people on the street at 03:20 while trying to get to sleep. Otherwise, it was a perfectly pleasant stay"

"Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "
