Most wonderful
We have rented several houses in France, but Stephane's and Benedicte's house is by far the best equipped and cleanest house we have ever come across. Great cut of the house, wonderfully sun-oriented, great location on the Cap (really in 10 minutes by bike to the Atlantic and even faster to the Basin (1.3 kilometers by bike to the bakery). We hardly used the car - except for the one-off Bulk shopping in SuperU (6 km away) and we were on vacation from the very first moment! The handover of the house and the keys by Corinne was super easy and personable. We are really excited and can recommend this wonderful house without hesitation! We would be happy if we could come back next year!

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Lage
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig und nah zu den Stränden. Wir hatten kein Auto dabei , aber mit gemieteten Fahrrädern war alles gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben auch einen Transport von der Fähre zum Haus organisiert . Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr erholsame Woche
Das schöne Haus von Stephane hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Woche am Ende August verging viel zu schnell mit Meer, Surfen, Radtouren, kleinen Ausflügen und Grillabenden auf der Terrasse. Merci!

La maison est parfaitement situé au calme derrière le centre du CANON. A distance très raisonnable (5min-10min max) à vélo du marché de Piraillan et de la plage du Truc Vert. Très fonctionnelles et spacieuse, la villa nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre semaine.

Des vacances parfaites !
Deux semaines parfaites dans une maison fort agréable et pratique pour recevoir deux familles ... deux couples et quatre adolescents ! Chacun a pu vivre à son rythme sans perturber ni déranger les autres ! Une maison avec une jolie décoration, bien équipée et très bien placée ! Les propriétaires sont justes adorables ! Située dans un quartier calme mais à proximité de commerces et des plages, la maison s’est avérée parfaite pour une famille avec six adolescents. Fonctionnelle et de bon goût, la maison était très agréable à vivre.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und super und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung ist für 2 Familie a 4 Personen super. Die Elternschlafzimmer haben eine Terrassentür zum Pool. Eines hat ein direkt angeschlossenes Bad mit Wanne, Toilette und Bidet. Die Aufteilung ist großzügig. Küche mit allem Komfort inkl. Eiswürfel Kühlschrank. Waschmaschine, Trockner , Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine. Großer Grill auf der Terrasse. Sonnenmarkise und natürlich der Pool mit idealer Größe und ausreichend Liegemöbel. Mit dem Fahrrad wirklich in 10 Minuten am Atlantik ( man muss dann nochmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß über die Düne) und auch in 10 Minuten zur Bucht. Die Höhe Kaution lag uns etwas im Magen aber ist aufgrund der Ausstattung gerechtfertigt, und wurde auch ohne Probleme nach 8 Tagen rückerstattet. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden wiederkommen. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war auch sehr angenehm

C'est une maison très agréable où chacun avait son espace de vie. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont très bien exposés.le quartier est calme et résidentiel.

Belle maison, très accueillante, répartition des pièces très pratique, joli jardin du sud à l'abri des regards, atmosphère charmante, localisation très agréable,entre bassin et océan, accueil impeccable et très sympathique; lieu idéal pour se reposer au calme... le séjour paraît trop court et on a envie de revenir très vite.(séjour d'une semaine pour 2 personnes).
