The Space:
Pacific View by Tiny Away is located in the North Canterbury town of Leithfield. The Tiny house is in the Leithfield Beach Holiday Park. A comfortable 139 square-feet stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

Guests will have complete access to the amenities, including the coin-operated laundry, coin-operated showers, cooking equipment, and pizza oven.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle as there are no public transports available directly to and from the property.

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception is good for all NZ telcos
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is allowed outside but not in the dune area as it is a fire hazard
- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Gas BBQ available in front of the camp kitchen all year around, also a gas-fired pizza oven
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
