Leland Blue House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Leland Blue House. It's a a great location just a couple of block from downtown Leland. The house was well equipped with plenty of space for 5 adults and two youngsters under the age of 2. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor eating area. Will definitely stay again on the next trip to Leland.

Wonderful Place To Stay
We loved our time spent at the Leland Blue house. It was very clean, well kept, and also so well appointed with toilet paper in the bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, and even toys and books for the little ones. Downtown was just a short walk away and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again, it was lovely!

In the heart of lovely Leland.
We could not have asked for better amenities at the Blue House. The location 3 blocks from the center of town was perfect. We enjoyed a vineyard near Leelanau, went salmon fishing with Jim Munoz on the Carol Dee as we had done before some years ago and roses electric bikes for miles on the Historic Trail out of Glen Arboe, right passed the dunes. One week wasn’t enough to do it all.

Nice pleasant house for multi-generational family
The house was very nice, clean, and in a great location. We walked to Leland, North beach, and Van's Beach, rode our bikes to Lake Leelanau. My elderly Mom did the walk to Leland and North Beach. If someone is less mobile - drive to Van's Beach and park there. Nice layout - first floor bedroom and bathroom with shower were great for Grandma. A good sized house for two families of four and grandma. Would have felt too tight with more than 9 people in terms of the bathrooms. Nice big yard w/ fire pit. Very few bugs. We ate out on the deck most nights and it was great. The management reached out and responded quickly to questions. The furniture and the beds felt new and comfortable. The kitchen was decent - has an odd layout, the space between the stove and the fridge is too tight - not the fault of the managment or current owners - but a little awkward to cook in. An okay amount of kitchenware - not great but we were able to make homemade meals without too much issue. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well - we frequently had to rewash some of the dishes after washing them in the dishwasher. And the blender didn't work. It had different interior photos when we booked - they said on the listing that it would be changed. I preferred the previous look to the new one. Some things need fixing - there were some broken window cranks and blinds (and the blind strings are a choking hazard for little kids), dead light bulbs, and new carpet smell on 2nd floor. Overall Grade: A-
